Martin Trucking Co., Inc. (MTC) offers a complete program of benefits to its owner/operators.
Base Pay - $0.91 per dispatched mile with our plate, or $0.925 per dispatch mile with your plate.
Fuel Supplement - Paid on all dispatched loaded and empty miles.
Tolls - MTC provides EZ-Pass (if available) and pays for all pre-authorized toll use
Licenses - MTC provides plate and charges back on a weekly basis for use at 100% for 1st year lease and 50% 2nd year of lease. 3rd year of lease and beyond there is no charge.
Fuel Taxes - MTC pays your fuel taxes, up to $200 per quarter.
Fuel - Company fuel cards with discounts passed onto Owner/Operator
Mileage Tax - MTC pays your mileage tax.
Detention Pay - $20.00 per hour

Stop Off/Pick Up - $20.00 excluding the first drop or pickup.
Loading/Unloading - Paid at the rate paid by customer.
Pre-Pass - MTC provides at no charge (if available)
Insurance - Bobtail and Physical Damage Insurance available through MTC.
Permits - Provided by MTC.
Performance Bonus - $0.01 per mile - To be eligible the owner operator must have 36,000 or more paid miles for the quarter
Safety Bonus - $0.01 per mile - Each MTC owner/operator earns $0.01 for each dispatched mile. To be eligible the owner/operator must not have had a preventable accident/incident during the quarter.
Stop Off/Pick up - $20.00 excluding the first and the last.
Trailer Expense - None
Escrow - None Required
QualComm - No Charge
DOT Inspection and Safety Meeting Bonuses - $25.00 - Owner/operators earn $25.00 for a DOT Inspection with is correctly logged and has no driver violations. Drivers who attend a safety meeting in its entirety earn $25.00.  These earnings will be added to your Safety Bonus Account.
Drivers must maintain a $1,500.00 balance in their account.
